Terms of Service
The rules for using a Forempt account.
The service
Forempt is a hosted workspace that prepares prompts from the working style, selected knowledge, recipe, and task you provide. Forempt does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of results produced by another AI service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials, recovery code, and activity under your account. Do not share an account outside your household or organization without written permission from Forempt. You must provide accurate account and billing information.
Your content
You keep ownership of the notes, files, tasks, and prompts you add. You give Forempt only the limited permission needed to store, process, back up, export, and display that content to operate the service. Forempt does not claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Forempt to break the law, harm people, invade privacy, distribute malware, defeat access controls, overload the service, or store credentials and payment secrets in prompt content. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Connected AI services
The current service prepares prompts for you to review, copy, and use elsewhere. If direct model connections are added later, Forempt will identify the provider and ask you to choose what is sent. A connected provider's own terms and privacy practices will also apply.
Membership and changes
The features, limits, and price that apply to an account are shown in Forempt or at checkout. Creating an account does not authorize a charge. If paid membership is introduced or materially changed, Forempt will disclose the price and renewal terms before purchase. Canceling a paid renewal does not by itself delete your workspace. Refunds follow the published Refund Policy.
Availability
Forempt is an evolving commercial service. Features and limits may change, and maintenance may interrupt access. We may suspend an account to protect customers, the service, or third parties. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export data when reasonably possible.
Warranty and liability
Forempt is provided on an as-available basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Forempt is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid Forempt during the previous twelve months. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@forempt.com.
