The basic terms for using Forempt.
The service
Forempt provides tools for organizing knowledge and preparing prompts for you to review, copy, download, and use.
Your account
Keep your account credentials and recovery code secure, and keep the information on your account accurate. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the notes, files, tasks, and prompts you add. You give Forempt permission to store, protect, back up, export, and display that content only as needed to provide the service.
Free trial and paid membership
A new individual account may start one fourteen-day free trial of the complete workspace without providing a payment method. The trial begins when the account is created. No automatic charge is made when the trial ends. To continue after the trial, you must choose the $29.99 annual membership through Stripe Checkout; otherwise product access locks while your account and saved work remain stored. A paid membership renews annually unless canceled. Renewal terms appear before payment, and the Refund Policy explains the separate fourteen-day refund window that begins after an actual payment.
Responsible use
Do not use Forempt for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service or another person's account.
Service and account changes
Forempt may change or pause features as the service develops. Access may be limited or suspended to protect accounts, investigate fraud, address misuse, or keep the service secure. When practical, Forempt will provide notice and a way to export your work.
Review important work
Forempt prepares prompts; it does not run the AI you choose. Review prompts and AI results before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions. Your use of another AI service is also governed by that provider's terms.
