What Forempt saves, why, and how you control it.
What we keep
Forempt keeps your account details, the work you choose to save, and limited security and service records. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and Forempt does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use that information to run and protect your account, save and export your work, maintain backups, and answer support requests. Forempt does not sell your personal information or use your saved content to train public AI models.
Optional site analytics and attribution
If you allow measurement on the public site, Forempt may record basic visits, fixed actions, the first landing path, referral host, campaign tags, and advertising click identifiers. The browser attribution record expires after 90 days and is removed sooner after account creation or if you decline measurement. If you create an account, Forempt may connect that campaign record to account creation, checkout, trial, cancellation, and first-payment timestamps so we can measure which outreach works. Your email, prompts, shelves, files, and saved account content are never sent to analytics.
Your choices
You can download your account or close it from Settings. For privacy help, email support@forempt.com. Closing an account signs you out and starts a fourteen-day process to remove active account data.
Backups
Deleted data can remain in protected backup snapshots until those snapshots expire. If a backup is restored, completed deletion records are applied again before customer data returns to the active service.
