How refunds work if you purchase a paid Forempt plan.
Trial and first payment
The fourteen-day free trial begins when the account is created. No payment method is required and no automatic charge is made when the trial ends. If you later choose the $29.99 annual membership, the refund window begins when that payment is collected; it is separate from the free-trial period.
Fourteen-day window
If you purchase a paid Forempt plan, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of the initial payment or a renewal payment by emailing support@forempt.com from the address on the account. After that window, charges are normally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel during the card-free trial because no paid subscription begins automatically. After payment, canceling stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current term or delete your account. You retain access through the paid period unless a full refund ends that paid access.
