Refund Policy
How refunds work if you purchase a paid Forempt plan.
Fourteen-day window
If you purchase a paid Forempt plan, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of the initial payment or a renewal payment by emailing support@forempt.com from the address on the account. After that window, charges are normally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Cancellation
Canceling through the billing portal stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current term or delete your workspace. You retain access through the paid period unless a full refund ends that paid entitlement.
Service failure
If a prolonged Forempt outage prevents meaningful use, contact support. We may extend access or issue a fair refund based on the impact. This does not limit any legal rights that cannot be waived.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. Forempt will confirm the request and outcome by email.
