Active accounts
Account information and saved content remain while the account is active. You can export or close the account from Settings.
Closed accounts
Closing an account immediately invalidates its sessions and starts a fourteen-day deletion queue. During that window, support may be able to stop an accidental closure after verifying the account. At the end of the window, active databases and stored reference files are purged and the registry record is anonymized.
Backups
Encrypted platform snapshots use a rolling retention schedule. Data removed from the active service may remain inside an older backup until that complete snapshot expires. After a restore, completed deletion records are applied again before customer data can return to service.
